Taking to Instagram to throw shade at Diamond’s latest jam ‘Kamata’, Willy Paul posted an official poster for his new song with a similar title, followed by an intriguing caption that he would be paying ‘an eye for an eye’.

“KAMATA an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth… #KAMATA #SIMBA no one steals from a … King… Imma chop ur head off!” he posted.

According to Willy Paul, Diamond copied his ‘Nikune’ concept and used it in ‘Kamata’.

‘Nikune’ carries a sensual theme and is stylistically an instruction guide created by Willy Paul to his lover, as he continuously issues instructions on how she should dance from the beginning to the end.

In ‘Kamata’, Diamond employs the same style giving instructions to a beautiful girl on how she should dance.

Reacting to Willy Paul’s announcement, netizens urged him to take his time and release a better version of ‘Kamata’. “Na ikue moto kushinda ya Simba,” one fan encouraged.

Currently, ‘Kamata’ by Diamond Platnumz is already trending at number seventeen on YouTube Kenya with over a half a million views in just a few hours.
