Ugandan artist Spice Diana has opined that publicity stunts have a key role to play in today’s music industry. According to Spice, if well executed, stunts could create a lot of attention around an artist thus providing the right environment for song to thrive.
While most stunts create controversial debates, the Source Management singer believes they are great deal in the music promotion.
"Stunts work sometimes. In Tanzania, they refer to them as 'Kiki' and you can't do music without one. They actually work if you know how to get into it and at the same time, get out of it," Spice Diana said.
Recently, Spice Diana was the talk of the town after she declared her lover for renowned singer and songwriter Nice Henry.
In series of posts on her social media channels, Spice Diana revealed that she had been in a secret relationship with Nince Henry for quite some time now, adding that she was tired of hiding the relationship.
Her posts elicited massive reactions with hundreds of her fans congratulating and wishing her well in the relationship, not knowning that it was a stunt meant to promote their latest jam dubbed ‘Body’.
