Bahati Announces Release Date for New ‘Love Like This’ Album

Celebrated Kenyan artist Bahati has announced that he’ll be dropping his highly anticipated album dubbed ‘Love Like This’ on 14th June 2021.

Taking to Instagram to announce the premiere of the album which will mark seven years of his music career, Bahati requested his fellow artists to take a break for the next ninety days, so that they can learn how to make an all hits album from him.

“I’m back, took a few days break to allow any artist who wanted to release a song, EP, or album to do so, Time is Out! Take a break… The next 90 days will be mine! Yes, it’s time for the great album to mark my 7 years in the music industry!!! I don’t know how to put this so that I can still sound humble but; tell my fellow musicians to just relax, sit down take a notebook I’m about to teach them how to make an all-hits album!!! Yes I said it,” part of the post read.

In addition to the announcement, Bahati also revealed the official name of the album to be ‘Love Like This’ and also started an official countdown to the album which will drop next Monday.

“The Countdown to #LoveLikeThis album officially begins tonight. Just 10 days to go!!! I get goosebumps when I think of the songs in this album...I swear to my fans I will forever be your favourite….Let’s wait,” he added.

This comes a few days after Bahati represented Kenya during the Africa Day Concert celebrations. The concert which was hosted by Idris Elba took place in South Africa on 25 March 2021.
