General Ozzy’s Endorsement of Towela Kaira Sparks Debate

Veteran reggae and dancehall artist General Ozzy has endorsed Towela Kaira as Zambia’s next big star.
In a post on social media, the ‘African Woman’ hit maker said Towela’s musician star is shining bright. “Towela Kaira is Zambia’s next biggest international act. Chos mi. Let her known di General say so,” he wrote.

This statement sparked a highly divisive debate, with some netizens supporting General Ozzy while other rubbished his endorsement.
Towela Kaira is sister to Zambian rappers Macky 2 and Chef 187.
“Yes this woman sing a lot she has come with her own weave style Mmmmmmmmmh kwisa bwino pali uyu,” Felix Siuluta said (Sic).

Chai Ku had an interesting thing to tell those who felt that she lacked talent. “That's just the truth. Towela's appearance into the music industry has caused lot you all fail to understand that every dog got his time. She's famous and her craft legit as. It's her time…” (Sic).
Maurice Banda held a different opinion saying “Gratitude goes to her two brothers, they r the reason she's shining.” (Sic).
“Mu zambia ther shall be no international musician,i think #generalozzy u dnt knw wat u ar talking abt if u yrself hv failed to be international fr somany years nw wat of dat upcoming baby sister to the mailon brothers,” See-Me Musonda said. (Sic).
Towela recently dropped the video to her second single ‘Lover’ as a Nexus signee. The song is classic and has a good romantic vibe.
