Nigerian singers continue to affirm their position in the international music scene with their songs doing well in global music charts.
This week (the last week of April 2021), there are three songs, all collaborations involving Nigerian artists on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart.
The chart is compiled weekly and it ranks the 25 best-selling digital singles in the world music genre.
Here's is a look at the three songs, as per data shared by Charts Africa.

Running (To You) - Chike ft Simi
Teaming up with the vocal prowess of diva, Simi, Chike in February 2021 served up a fresh and delightful serving of musical goodness on "Running (To You)" - a refix for one of 'Boo of the Booless' fan-favourite.
The song has been performing well since it was released, and this week, it has peaked at number 19 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart.
Essence - Wizkid ft Tems
Fresh from releasing the official music video that premiered early I. April, 'Essence', a hit single that brings together Wizkid and Tems continues to get positive reception globally.
This week, the song, off the 'Made in Lagos' album, in which the duo long for physical connection has peaked at #14 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart.
Its amazing video where Wizkid appears bare-chested and draped in diamonds while Tems is in slick braids and flowing garb has also performed well with over 3.8 million YouTube views in just under three weeks.
Jerusalema (Remix) - Master KG ft Burna Boy & Nomcebo
This is a super collabo for the remake of a global hit 'Jerusalema' in which South Africa's Master KG recruited Burna Boy to add some freshness to it.
The remix has equally performed well and is this week ranked at #2 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart.
This is the 43rd week that the song has been on the chart, which it peaked at #1.
