Timmy Tdat and Petra have come together to release a new jam dubbed ‘Boss’.
‘Boss’ is an upbeat dancehall song that celebrates all the independent ladies who cover their bills and take care of themselves.

The song touches on important issues that are relevant to Kenyan young people today including ‘eating fare’ which has recently been a topic of interest on most social media platforms.
The woman being praised here does not eat fare neither does she need any financial help from her man.

Petra takes the position of this accomplished woman and delivers crisp lyrics giving herself all the accolades for being a boss.
The song which was produced by super producer Mavo on the Beat with Dolls directing the visuals also presents the acting side of Timmy who dresses as a man to scare other men who try to flirt with him.

‘Boss’ has been received well by fans who congratulated the two for a successful project with some noting Petra's delivery and terming her as the queen of afro dancehall.

Meanwhile, ‘Limbo Remix’ by Mbogi Genje which was released two days ago featuring Petra and Kingpheezle is still doing well on YouTube with over 79,000 views.
