Konde Worldwide signee Ibraah has revealed the advice given to him by his boss Harmonize over challenges in the music industry. Ibraah notes that in his one year in the industry, he has faced several challenges like his YouTube channel being deleted.
At the same time, critics have accused Ibraah of not releasing trending music despite claiming to be a top bongo musician.
According to Ibraah, despite the disappointments, he never gave up with Harmonize standing by his side all through.
“Mimi ni msanii ambaye namsikiza sana Harmonize. Harmonize ni mtu ambaye ananipea moyo. Nina imani. Aliniambia muziki itaingia trending. Alianiambia kwamba sio lazima muziki ukiingia trending ni mkali,” said Ibraah.
The singer also dismissed the notion that when music enters the trending list, it is a good song. He claimed that some songs enter the weekly trending list but lack value and content.
He further maintained that he is not swayed by competition from other bongo music labels like Kings Music and WCB. According to Ibraah, he is not bothered by competitions because he genuinely believes that his creativity is on another level.
