As the bongo entertainment scene awaits the launch of Mbosso’s ‘Definition of Love’ album, the singer has shared some insights into the project’s creation. The album released early last month was supposed to be unveiled on March 20th, but was postponed following the death of Tanzanian President John Pombe Magufuli.

Currently, Mbosso is shooting videos as he prepares for the rescheduled launch date.

On Tuesday, Mbosso received Ugandan singer Spice Diana at the airport in preparation for the ‘Yes’ music video shoot.

While speaking to the press, Mbosso revealed that he had the intention of working with a Ugandan artist and Spice Diana was the ideal choice.

However, he had no means of reaching Spice as they did not have prior contact. The singer revealed that he sought the help of Kenyan radio personality Willy Tuva who linked him to Spice Diana’s team, and the rest was history.

“Unapotaka kufanya kazi you have to choose someone unajua huyu atafit kwa aina ya track utamuweka...nilipotaka kufanya kazi na msani wa Uganda, Spice alikuwa wa kwanza...nikajaribu kutafuta maasiliano nilimpata mjamaa mmoja lakini alikuwa ananiletea miyeyuso. Ila kupitia Willy M Tuva akaniconnect kwa spice,” said Mbosso.

Mbosso added that working with Spice Diana was a smooth experience.
