Konde Music Worldwide boss Harmonize has taken a swipe at fellow bongo musicians for allegedly not understanding music. According to Harmonize, his upcoming album, dubbed ‘High School,’ teaches bongo artists how music is made.
He claimed that most musicians tend to have a sound similar to Karaoke, adding that he'll be leaving a mark with his upcoming studio album.
In an Instagram post, Harmonize stated that he was getting boredom by listening to other bongo sounds, and his album will be a teaching moment for the bongo scene.
“My album got me this laughing mood when I see dem karaoke sound,” said Harmonize.
The singer was supposed to drop the album last year but postponed it, citing that collaborations in the album came in late.
‘High School’ will be Harmonize’s second album about a year after dropping the ‘Afro East’ project that was well received.
According to Harmonize, during the coronavirus quarantine, he had enough time on his hands to write and produce more music.
However, the singer is yet to reveal the release date for the album but hinted that it might be in May this year, his birthday month. He is among bongo stars who have lined up several projects for this year.
