Africa rise up because Coke Studio just gave us a new anthem for the continent. Having aired the final episode of the series this past weekend they wraped it up in style with a phenomenal performance by Wyclef Jean, Chidinma (Nigeria), Shaa (Tanzania), Navio (Uganda), Rabbit (Kenya) and Neyma (Mozambique) as Coke joins the RED campaign to #ShareTheSound of an AIDS FREE Generation.
The fusion of the different sounds, cultures, genres all merged into what is undeniably one of the best performances of Season2; titled Divine Sorrow, the song reminds us all that despite our challenges, tomorrow is a better day.
