Kent and Flosso Explain Why They Take Long Before Releasing New Music

Ugandan music duo Kent and Flosso commonly known as the Voltage music, have responded to fans piling pressure on them to release new music, stating that they are not under any pressure to release new songs.

The duo is one the best music groups in Uganda and is known for releasing songs that dominate charts for months without being displaced.

Their music may be on high demand, but they take their time before releasing a new song or featuring in a collabo.

"We are not the type of artists who are going to work because of pressure because music is a business. For an artist who knows what they are doing, even if you take time without releasing any song, you always know what to bring to the people," Kent and Flosso said during a recent interview.

The duo last’s single was released 11 months ago, with their last project being a collabo with Angella Katatumba dubbed 'Love Me' which was released in July 2020.

Kent and Flosso was scheduled to hold their very first concert on 17th April last year, but unfortunately shows were banned due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
