Rabbit turning over a new leaf through his album!

Rabbit aka Kaka Sungura is set to launch his second album this December in an event that will only be accessible to few lucky 400 people.
The artist who has been dubbed as one of the greatest story tellers and hip hop artists in Kenya will release his second album, ‘Before The Success/Success Begins Now’ on the 20th of December in a much hyped and celeb infested ceremony that will definitely be worth attending.
The performing artists will include HHP from South Africa, John Makini, Sana, Stamina, Sudi, Quick Rocka, Kala Jeremaya, Ayub Ogada not forgetting the winner of Rabbit fan of the year competition, who will get a chance to perform one of Rabbits popular tracks.
Speaking to Mdundo on phone, Rabbit shared his experience working on the album and what it means to him;
“I usually tell people that I am lucky to be doing what I love and that’s what this album represents for me. It’s a celebration of what’s coming ahead; I’m turning over a new leaf and proclaiming my Future”
He further went on to say “This album has a double deal to it because it targets the Tanzanian market too and I feel that through it, I will be able to reach out to the people I influence and all those who follow me. There’s a line I say in my album that states ‘nyuma yangu ni chafu but future yangu bado haijulikani’ and to me that’s very important because I feel that at the point I am in now, Success is just beginning.
Rabbit is currently in studio working with Producer Kanyeria on the two in one album which will have a total of 18 tracks , 9 songs on each CD and will disclose the venue for his launch mid this month.
