Roberto Sets New YouTube Record in Zambia

Zambian superstar Roberto has set a new record becoming the first musician in the country to get a YouTube Silver medal award.

The award is given to YouTube content creators with over 100,000 subscribers.
Following Roberto’s milestone, YouTube’s Chief Business Officer Robert Kyncl sent out a tweet congratulating him for winning the award.
“My @YouTube @YouTubeCreators Award just arrived. The 1st in Lusaka, #Zambia Huge thanks to all of you for the outstanding Support,” he captioned a photo of the prize in a tweet.

It is then that Kycnl lauded his work. “Congratulations, @RobertoZambia - you are the first, and hopefully not Lusaka, #Zambia’s last!” the YouTube boss said.
Roberto, two days later thanked his supporters for rallying behind him as he labours to give them good music.
“Thanks to YouTube Chief Business Officer. I will Hang this tweet in my home, A reminder that You can achieve so much when you believe in your Dreams. Huge thanks to all of you for the support,” he posted on his Facebook page.

Fans lauded him for this great milestone in the industry.
“Some people will still say you not the best artist in ZED, in my own opinion you are the best, Watusebulula sana insoni kuma international award , keep up thegood work bro,” Chilanga Pyara Joram said.
“You are A Blessing My Bro. We will move mountains..... Bless up!” Innocent B Bwalya wrote.
