Diamond Addresses His Relationship with Nandy

WCB boss Diamond Platnumz has addressed the state of his relationship with fellow Tanzanian singer Nandy.
This comes after claims emerged that Nandy was at one point bound to join WCB.

While on a past tour of Dubai, Nandy was spotted wearing WCB merchandise. However, since the encounter, no information has been unveiled about the two musicians’ working relationship.
Speaking during a recent interview, Diamond, however, stated that he is in good terms with Nandy, and he respects her as a leading bongo musician.

“Nandy nilikutana na yeye Dubai...tunapokutana katika nchi ya kigeni kama wasanii ya Kitanzania lazima tukutane...ni mtu ambaye naheshimu kazi yake...anafanya kazi nzuri...anafanya tujivunie muziki wetu wa kitanzania...tunaheshimiana sana,” said Diamond.

Diamond’s sentiments clear the air over bad blood between Nandy and the WCB stable. Since shooting to the scene, Nandy has become arguably the best female bongo musician.
However, when WCB unveiled Zuchu, some music scene opinion-makers believed the move was meant to muzzle Nandy. However, Zuchu is also on record stating that the label has nothing against Nandy.
Nandy has been improving her craft by regularly releasing new music and working on strategic collaborations.
Last year, she dropped four hot collabos with Harmonize, Billnas, Alikiba and Ommy Dimpoz. This year, she has already dropped a collabo with Joe Boy and is currently working with Koffi Olomide.
