Ugandan dancehall artiste Beenie Gunter has released a new single titled 'Steady' off his upcoming album.
'Steady' is a love song that you can comfortably dedicate to your partner as you appreciate him/her during the Valentine Day celebrations.

Beenie Gunter had a tough time in 2020, but he is glad that his lady stood by his side. He wonders if he would have gone through all the hard times without her by his side.
The audio was produced by Lafitte Beats while the visuals were directed by director K256.
The entire song is in patois. In a order to ensure that fans understand the message, Beenie Gunter attached the lyrcs in the visualizer.

Over the past five months, Beenie Gunter has not been actively releasing new music. His last song before taking a hiatus was 'Well Proper' off his 25 track album dubbed 'No Fear'.
The ‘No Fear’ album features several musicstars including; Lydia Jazmine, Eddy Kenzo, Big Tril, Nigeria’s Skales, among others.
During the album launch held at Talent Africa offices in August last year, Gunter noted that he had been working on the project for close to four years, with all of his verses being freestyles.

He further revealed that he dropped the album to disapprove his doubters who have always criticised him for singing in patois.
