Simi Showers Praises to Her Husband Adekunle Gold in 2nd Marriage Anniversary Celebration

Nigerian super musical couple Simi and Adekunle Gold and celebrating two years' anniversary in their marriage.

The duo got married in a private wedding ceremony on January 9, 2019, after 5 years of dating.

Simi and Adekunle Gold welcomed their first born child, Adejare, on May 30, 2020.

In marking the two years she has been in marriage, the songress took to her Instagram account and shared a sweet message to his husband, Adekunle Gold, whom he termed as a 'lucky man'.

The message was full of praises and love to the father of her daughter.

Simi also shared photos from the private wedding which she said was the best wedding party she has ever attended in her life.

Here is the full message that the 'Duduke' hit maker shared on her Instagram account:

"2 years. Well, 2 years on government paper and 7 years since I agree for you, you lucky man.

Through a pregnancy. With a baby we're both un-ashamedly obsessed with. Through a pandemic. And it's still you. I've never had to wonder if you're in my corner. You're still the best man I know. You should have been your own best man (don't leave me).

One of my favorite things about you is that you're a really, really good person. I like you a lot. I'm so proud to know you and be your wife. I pray that God continues to be the foundation of our marriage and home.

I love you Kunle Kosoko. Now, forever and one extra day, and then another, and then another, and another, ati bebe lo..
