Macky 2, Yo Maps Team up for New Song ‘Alabalansa’

As millions of people across the world ushered in 2021, hip hop stars Macky 2 and Yo Maps sent a message of hope to their fans in a new song titled ‘Alabalansa’.
The new jam by the Zambian musical bigwigs preaches hope after a disappointing past year where businesses crumbled, loved ones lost and projects stalled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the new release, Macky 2 inspires his fans telling them that when they lose hope, they will be creating a leeway for the biggest tragedy which is failure.

“Each new breath is an opportunity to try again. Don't lose hope Bane. If your hope gets lost, the other side called "failure" begins to win! ... No matter how things look, God is still in control. Ku tekanya fye and be hopeful. Your blessing is coming soon,” he said.
The ‘Alabalansa’ video is just as powerful as the lyrics are. It brings out the power of visuals in spreading hope through the thickest of moments in life.
Being jobless with no place to live is a tragedy on its own. Topped with being thrown out over rent arrears makes it another story, all in Alabalansa’ s video.
Fans have lauded the song saying everything about it is point on. “Song on point, video quality on point, characters on point, message on point fyonse ni on point mwemfumu uv never failed us... May the Lord continue blessing, guiding and protecting,” Mukendwa Mukaabai said.
