Rwanda’s The Ben Makes a Kill with New Song ‘This is Love’ Featuring Rema

‘This is Love’; a brand new jam by Rwandan RnB star The Ben featuring Ugandan star Rema Namakula is the New Year anthem in Rwanda.
Five days into its release, it has managed to garner over 500K views on YouTube.
A beautiful love song it is, the duo have hit a new high with the song; from well-versed lyrics to the amazing beats and a great video.

The song premiered on New Year’s Eve and has caused ripples in the industry both in Uganda and Rwanda.
Since its release, there has been an online dance and vocal challenge as fans jam to the song.

For a video to have such an impact to a point where it triggers a challenge, it is definitely a big song.
In a series of videos, The Ben shared captivating posts on his Instagram page urging his fans to only speak the language of “love”.

“Music, the only common language to all human race. This is Love,” he captioned one of the videos where a female fan rocks to the song.
Fellow artiste Meddy also hailed The Ben over the dope track saying it is testament Rwandan music is conquering the world. “Rwandan music to the world,” he wrote.
