Termed as one of the best gospel outreach and entertainment groups from Africa, V.K.P ( Vijana Kwa Pulpit) which is a brother trio are certainly one of the fast rising contemporary gospel music groups from Kenya.
Since their debut into the music scene back in 2012, they have maintained an element of uniqueness and consistency with a new style of music which they created known as Socapuca, a fusion of kapuka and Soca music. With this they have been on a meteoric rise in their music career and based on their limited yet vast experience with music, we caught up with Fatha Lody who is a member of the group for a moment of wisdom as he shared his words enlightenment to upcoming artists
" Before you consider a career in music, know what you are getting into. Music is one of the toughest careers out here and it involves all round sacrifices financially, physically even socially and one thing you need to understand is that music is a product that you are selling and there is no easy way out, either its a quality and valuable product or its nothing. You need to learn how to invest in yourself and make yourself a product that someone would like to see"
