Burundi’s Natacha Drops New Hit Dubbed ‘Shikisha’ Featuring Femi One

Celebrated Burundian artist Natacha has released a new jam dubbed ‘Shikisha’ featuring Femi One.

The two queens came through with a hit representing both their countries as they dropped bars in Swahili.

‘Shikisha’ whose audio was produced by Rico beats and mixed and mastered by Musyoka is about how they are going to go out have fun all night long in a party after party situation.

Femi One takes this opportunity to represent our country well by giving a shout out to the countries tea masters Xtian Dela and Edgar Obare for providing tea that is loved by netizens.

Delivering her lyrics flawlessly, Natacha also provides quality visuals which were directed and shot in Nairobi, Kenya by Trey Juelz.

A week ago, Natacha revealed in an interview that she had flown in to work on a project with Femi One after hearing and liking her hit single ‘Utawezana’ featuring Mejja.

‘Shikisha’ which already has over 13,000 views on YouTube in just a few hours is a testament to her words during the interview, where she also expressed that it was important for women to support one another.

This is not her first collaboration outside Burundi. Two years ago, Natacha also collaborated with a celebrated artist from Congo Fally Ipupa in a jam dubbed ‘Duga’.

Femi One took to Instagram to announce the premiere of ‘Shikisha’ while expressing that she was ‘repping’ Naiarobi in Burundi.
