Zimbabwean Amapiano star Sha Sha was recently announced the winner of Music and Outstanding Achievement in Entertainment award at the 2020 Zimbabwe Achievers Awards (ZAA).

The sixth edition of the awards which was held in Johannesburg, South Africa, saw Sha Sha add another award to her already decorated music career.

Her musical works have impacted the lives of many people in her motherland; Zimbabwe and for that, she was honoured with the award.

The ZAA awards celebrate Zimbabweans making an impact in their communities even if they are abroad. Sha Sha won the award under the Music and Outstanding Achievement in Entertainment category.

The awards were sponsored by life assurance firm Zororo Phumulani, a life insurance firm sponsored the awards which also recognized entrepreneurs making a difference in the lives of the people.

Formerly based in Australia, Sha Sha returned to her motherland to pursue her career dream that is music. At 26 years, she has done incredibly well in her music career, 2020 being a not so bad year for her music wise.

Early this year, she did ‘Tender Love’ a mind-blowing collabo with South African record producer DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small. When Sha Sha sings, her voice rivals great American pop stars.
