The Ugandan music industry has been active this month with artists releasing new songs even as the year winds down.

This article reviews five new Ugandan hits that have been released recently and are doing well on Mdundo weekly chart.

Pallaso - Malamu

'Malamu' is one of the best hits in the country at the moment thanks to its amazing beats and lyrics. The song released during the lock down period went viral and garnered massive views. It has been on the top spot on Mdundo weekly top ten chart for a couple of weeks now.

Eezzy - Tumbizza Sound

‘Tumbiza Sound’ is one of the songs that was most played during and after the lock down. Eezzy released the song with an aim of telling the authorities to ease the lock down that was negatively affecting thousands of Ugandans.

John Blaq - Don't Be Like

John Blaq hit a new milestone in his career thanks to this track. A week after it was released, the song was already doing well across digital platforms and online playlists. It currently sits at fourth spot on the Mdundo top ten chart.

Fik Fameica - Buligita

‘Buligita’ is a Zouk song with soft beats and Fik Fameica makes it special with the way he plays around with his rhyming lyrics. The audio was produced by 'Bomba Made My Beat'; and it is number five on the Mdundo top ten chart.

Nina Roz - Billboard Kipande

Nina Roz in September dropped a new song dubbed 'Billboard Kipande', something different from her usual style of music. This was the first project under her new management Black Market records and is Nina Roz's best music project this year.

Other songs on the top 10 this week include; Waah by Diamond featuring Koffi Olomide, Jeje by Diamond, Jerusalema by Master KG featuring Nomcebo, Jericho by Simi featuring Patoranking and Duduke by Simi.
