Jua Cali introduces Genge First Lady

Only a few days after dropping Kuna Sheng video, one of the most notable Genge artists Jua Cali has yet released a new single. The track titled ‘Jiachilie’ features Jovial, a Coast based artist and new to the mainstream industry.

The hit is not, however, part of his much anticipated album TuGenge Yajayo. Contacted, Jua Cali’s manager Thomas Mahondo briefly responded that the track is a first performance of the new First Lady of Genge, Jovial.

“The track is a sneak preview of the new First Lady of Genge, Jovial. She's a Jua Cali prodigy. Calif will be presenting more of her soon because she's still under construction,” Mahondo wrote to Mdundo.
