Multi-award winning Afro soul artiste Berita Khumalo has made history after collaborating with Ndlovu Youth Choir on a new song dubbed ‘ Ungandibulali’ with the intent to address violence on women and children in South Africa.
‘Ungandibulali’ feels and sounds like a captivating song passing an important message on how to safeguard a generation but it is delivery that makes so much sense.
Poetic in nature, it grabs the bull by the horn and addresses the elephant in the room which is an increasing communal vice in the name of gender-based violence.

‘Ungandibulali’ is the theme song for an ongoing campaign speaking against gender-based violence on women.
Berita termed the collaboration with Ndlovu Youth Choir a big achievement in her music career because she is standing for something bigger and one that matter in the society.
“I am truly honoured to have partnered with the Ndlovu Youth Choir for this campaign against the battle we are currently facing in the country. Gender based violence is destroying our homes, our schools, our churches and our communities, Ungandibulali is our committed contribution to the fight against GBV and my dedication to all the women and children who have fallen victim to this atrocious injustice,” she said as quoted by Chronicles.
