DJ Slick Stuart Addresses Alleged Beef with DJ Shiru

Over the past few months, social media has been awash with claims of a beef between top Ugandan DJs; DJ Slick Stuart and DJ Shiru.

A section of fans have been claiming that the two are in a beef because each of them believes that he is the best DJ in Uganda at the moment.

DJ Stuart grew up listening to Shiru and there has been belief that he always wanted to be better than him, thus the beef.

In a recent interview, DJ Stuart dismissed the alleged beef terming it baseless.

He further noted that he has a lot of respect for DJShiru as he is one of the best in the country.

"All that is rumors spread by malicious people. DJ Shiru is our dear friend, older brother and a very good DJ that got to be appreciated by the whole nation," Stuart said.

To further prove there's no bad blood between them, Slick Stuart says he has been personally delivering DJ Shiru's special invite for the mix tape party every year for the past 6 years.

DJ Stuart says he relates very well with different persons in the entertainment industry, adding that he’ll work with several artists on his next album set to drop next year.
