Vyper Ranking Reveals Top Artist Who Inspired him to Join Music

Fast-rising Ugandan musician Vyper Ranking also known as the Riddim Killer is currently one of the best dancehall artists in the country.

The 26-year-old youngster signed under Bantu Entertainment has proved over time that he ranks highly when it comes to dancehall music and he has a driving force behind his talent.

Since his breakthrough, Vyper Ranking has rated veteran dancehall singer, Peter Miles highly saying he inspired him to join music and specialize in this genre.

In a recent social media post, Vyper Ranking shared Peter Miles' photo as an appreciation, also begging fans to stop asking him the same question.

"So now I beg you stop asking me who inspired me." Vyper posted, sharing Peter Miles photo.

"Peter Miles inspired me as I was growing up. He had cool songs and I used to admire his performances. I want to be like him back in the day when he was still shining," Vyper Ranking said in an interview with Sqoop in 2017.

Vyper Ranking started doing music on a professional level in October 2016. He had songs like Come Close, Chatty mouth among others but his major breakthroufh came when he released ‘Soma’.

Following his breakthrough, he  released other hits that include; ‘Bimaala’ featuring Cindy, 'Sivawo, 'Go Down' alongside Coco Finger, Fik Fameica and Voltage Music.
