When it comes to lyrical prowess, Tanzanian artist G Nako is uncontested! With song composition that would make the Bronx adapt him, he simply makes lyricism truly sound like an art. His new song ‘Mavijana’ featuring Nikki Wa Pili is attests to this reputation.
Hip hop enthusiast or not, you have to admit that once in a while you’ve listened to a song that made you want to adopt the mood of the moment; the energy the song dispenses simply rhymes with your energy. Have you? Well this is that song! He previous collaborated with Rabbit aka Kaka Sungura and fellow Tanzanian Joh Makini on 'Najipendelea', song barely a week old but taking over the airwaves by the minute.
Nikki Wa Pili is equally gifted and to thing that this song could have been done better, is a lie. G Nako and Nikki Wa Pili is just the perfect collaboration and ‘Mavijana’ is the product. Listen to it HERE
