Rwandese Lady Pink Features on New ‘Kingdom Queens Cypher’ Along Top African Artists

Rwandan Hip-hop songstress Clarissa Uwimana alias Lady Pink has left tongues wagging with her new hit featuring several top artistes from across Africa.
The new song that premiered four days ago titled ‘Kingdom Queens Cypher’ has magical beats and the energy is on a whole new level as Africa’s female Hip-hop stars get a chance to say one or two lines in the hit.
‘Kingdom Queens Cypher’ features Nigeria’s super talented Dj Penny, Miss Walters from Ghana, Keasha (USA), Luki247(Malawi), TC (Zambia) and Lady B from Nigeria.
‘Kingdom Queens Cypher’ was an idea mooted by Dj Penny. It is a dope hit bringing out girl power.
Lady Pink, famed for ‘Ituro’, ‘Intwaro z’Imana,’ solo hits told Inyarwanda that she is encouraged seeing her music gain a wider fan base by the day.
She credits her journey into music to a man who she met in church and he confessed that he was awed by her talent.
He promised her that he would support her music by getting it played by the Uganda media. True to his word, Lady Pink said, the man did exactly as he had promised and it encouraged her a lot.
As for the new hit; ‘Kingdom Queens Cypher’ she says it was an idea foretold to her by a Zambian and she would later talk to Dj Penny about it. Dj Penny conceptualized it into what it is today.
