We have seen several projects released by diffrent Naija artists this year.
With three more months to go before the end of 2020, we expect more to come.
Here are some of the top albums in Nigeria released this year:
Codename Vol 2
This is a 12-track album that Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) record label signed artist Dremo dropped in April.
The album features different artistes such as Naira Marley, Sinzu, Idowest, Knucklez, Lil Frosh, Peruzzi, Davido, Flowolf, and Falz.
Satisfied
Nigerian gospel artist Mercy Chinwo released 'Satisfied' - her second studio album in June.
The album houses 15 tracks among them 'Akamdinelu', 'Obinasom' and 'Chinedum'.
Warriors
Living Nigerian music legend 2Baba released this project in February which offers a variety of genres from Afrobeats, Afropop and even reggae.
The album housing 13 tracks features A-list artists among them Burna Boy, Olamide,Tiwa Savage, Wizkid, AJ, Peruzzi, Syemca and HI Idibia.

This is a debut album from Nigerian disk jockey and record producer DJ Cuppy.
In this August-released project, DJ Cuppy featured 14 different artists in 12 tracks. Some of the featured artists include Rema, Fireboy DML, Stonebwoy, Teni and Julian Marley.
Afro Pop Vol 1
Nigerian Highlife singer Adekunle Gold released this project housing 10 tracks on August 21.
'Afro Pop Vol 1' is Adekunle Gold's third studio album which contains hit singles 'AG Baby' and 'Something Different'.
Celia
'Celia' is the third studio album by Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage released on 27 August 2020.
The 13-track album in which Tiwa Savage uses to pay homage to her mother features guest appearances from Sam Smith, Naira Marley, Stefflon Don, Dice Ailes, Davido, and Hamzaa.
Three
Nigerian Raggae/Dancehall singer Patoranking served his fans with this 12-track album towards the end of August.
The album's lead single is the Ghetto love song - 'Abule' with Tiwa Savage, Sauti Sol, King Promise and Telz among the featured artists.
Apollo
This album from Nigeria's fast rising singer Fireboy DML houses 17 tracks including previously released singles 'New York City Girl', 'ELI' and 'Tattoo'.
'Apollo' features collaborations with Olamide, Wande Coal and D Smoke.
Twice As Tall
'Twice As Tall' is arguably the biggest project a Nigerian artist has released this year.
Burna Boy released this album mid-August.
The album is a mixture of Afrobeats, Afrobeat, dancehall, pop and hip hop featuring guest appearances from Youssou N'Dour, Naughty by Nature, Sauti Sol, Chris Martin and Stormzy.
Its lead single is 'Wonderful', released on June 26, 2020.
