Ghanaian Gospel Musician Patience Nyarko has talked about the experience that Gospel musicians face while in marriage.

The sensational Gospel act made this known in an interview with Happy FM’s Doctar Cann on the Showbiz Xtra show. In her own opinion, Patience said that gospel musician endure bad marriages yet they keep being in such marriages so as to continue serving as good examples in the society.

She went on to say that only a few gospel artistes leave their bad marriages and they only do so, when the situations in their marriages become unbearable.

“They [gospel musicians] endure those pains. So the moment such as person speaks out then it means it has become more than he or she can bear”, she added.

The ‘Obi Nyane Me’ hitmaker went on to explain why she is not yet married. “Marriage is not everyone’s priority. On this earth, it is not everyone that is destined to marry. The women are even more than the men so it should not be by force that I should want to get married at all cost”. She uttered.

This is because I am an exemplar to another person in his or her marriage. So if I go through domestic violence, I cannot come out with that because I am supposed to be an example to others.”

Currently, Patience Nyarko is working on promoting her latest song titled ‘Meye Nyame Dia’.
