Rhumba Queen Yondo Sister Promises Last Live Performance Before Retiring

Zimbabawe’s Rhumba star Yondo Sister has promised a show like no other; her last Rhumba show for her fans.

According to her manager Rosa Lubended, this will be her last live performance as she hangs her live performance boots.

The show will be held in August, 2021. Besides the Zimbabwe show to be held at the Harare International Conference Centre, Yonda Sister will also hold her last musical tour in Africa.

The France-based Rhumba queen in 2019 held her African tour and even performed in Kenya.

Her manager Rosa hopes that COVID-19 will have slowed down to enable Yondo Sister proceed to her retirement having fulfilled her dreams.

In her African tour which will culminate in a fiery performance in her motherland, Amai Titi will be among the supporting artistes.

“Amai Titi will be one of the supporting artistes, she is one of Yondo Sister’s biggest fans,” Rosa said.

Yondo Sister has, however, released a new jam which is elbowing out others on YouTube.

“She released her latest single titled ‘Hope Je T’ embrassirre’ (I will hug you) which is now trending on YouTube, Spotify and her Facebook page” said Rosa.

Yondo Sister’s last born son will also be on the band as the lead guitarist. She is a mother of three.
