Stanza Elp’s New ‘Kumoba’ Video Featuring Yo Maps Tops Zambian Trends

In life, the greatest gift that you can give those who are close to you is supporting them and giving them your best. It is a way of life that helps human beings from every sphere to rise and grow.
This is a mantra guiding Zambia. In last week’s trending videos, Yo Maps together with upcoming rapper, Stanza Elp came together to give us another banger titled ‘Kumoba’.
‘Kumoba’ sends a strong message of support among established artistes and upcoming ones. The key message all through the song is the fact that it would never hurt to hold your brother’s hands in the industry.
Produced by legendary Zambian Producer Mr. Stash, ‘Kumoba’ is a dope hit. The voices are top but it is the acoustics inclusion in the song that makes the beats even better.
In addition to supporting each other, ‘Kumoba’ is also about partying; a subject that would be controversial in any other part of the world especially at this time of the coronavirus pandemic.
Yo Maps, one to never shy away from controversy, picked the clubbing theme and with Stanza Elp on board, they decorated the partying life.

Funny enough is that it has been trending for this reason and has divided opinion among Zambians, some supporting the whole partying thing while others who don’t drink lauded the song in as much as they did not prescribe to its gospel.
“Am a pente and don't drink but I love this song, it's not every song that we take to heart but just have fun...lol,” Agatha Mofya said while Mattias Banda added “Don't drink too but I love parte and clubbing.”
