MTV EMA: Sauti Sol Up For Best African Male Act!

Thank you East Africa! We asked, almost begging for you to vote for the four musical horsemen Sauti Sol, for the fifth spot on MTV European Music Awards and it worked!
The ‘Sura Yako’ hitmakers and ‘Lipala’ dance inventors, have made the fifth spot in the Best African Male Acts category, their home. This happened yesterday night which was the deadline for the wildcard nominees. The only news which could be better than this would be if somehow the Ebola outbreak just came to an end; until then, this is all that makes me happy.
Now people, the race doesn’t end here. We have to keep voting for them until the number one spot is theirs and ours as a nation. How you do it? Simply using selected hashtags on Twitter, you’ll let MTV EMA know which artist should have a shot at being named Best African Act and maybe go on to eventually win the Worldwide Act EMA!
