Fik Fameica Shares Inspiration behind Viral ‘Binji’ Video Featuring Lydia Jazmine

Last month, Lydia Jazmine and Fik Fameica finally dropped their much awaited collabo dubbed ‘Binji’.

The ‘Binji’ video starts off with a scene similar to that of popular series ‘Money Heist’.

In the video, Fik Fameica and Lydia Jazmine act as a gangster couple on a massive heist.

Speaking during a recent interview at Galaxy FM, Fik Fameica opened up on the inspiration behind the video, agreeing with music lovers' sentiments that the major inspiration came from the Netflix series.

"We got the inspiration of the video from the series, Money Heist. But it was just a part of it because the whole video has a whole lot of different art. But the most part, I agree." Fik Fameica revealed.

Lydia Jazmine and Fik Fameica first excited their fans by sharing a sneak peak of the video and you could tell from the first few seconds that the video would be fire.

The clip started with the famous mask dropping on the floor.

'Binji' video was shot and directed by award winning videographer Sasha Vybz, who is known for his commendable work.

‘Binji’ is currently one of the top songs in Uganda and has been receiving massive airplay across media outlets.
