Big Sean just released his new album dubbed ‘Detroit 2’ and he has released a new single off the album dubbed ‘ZTFO’.
‘ZTFO’ is an acronym to mean ‘Zen The Fuck Out’. We all have learnt from the past that Big Sean is very big on meditation and finding the zen. He has mentioned before that he started meditating at a very young age, when he was still a teenager.
‘ZTFO’ is one of the shorter songs on the ‘Detroit 2’ album with just 1 verse and the chorus sang to sandwich the verse. It has a strong bass beat with a layered horn-like instrumentation that sort off mellows the strong bass. Big Sean includes vocal echoes through the song, Migos style.
The video is pretty much zen; it has Big Sean seated in the yoga easy pose to signify his meditation. All around him there are a couple of things happening; most representative of bad/weird vibes which Big Sean levitates around them to zen out of his space. Big Sean is the only person present in the simple yet well executed video.
‘Detroit 2’ is now available on all streaming sites. While at it, catch a vibe with Big Sean on the ‘ZTFO’ video.
