Nadia Mukami, Fena Gitu Nominated for Prestigious AFRIMMA Award [Full List]

Celebrated Kenyan artistes; Fena Gitu and Nadia Mukami have been nominated for the 2020 AFRMMA awards alongside a number of top Kenyan artistes.

The two have been nominated under the Best East African Artiste and will go up against last year’s winner Akothee, Zuchu, Rosa Ree, Nandy, Maua Sama, Vinka, Sheebah and Tanasha Donna.

It is worth noting that the list has some relatively newly artistes who’ve been working hard to make a name for themselves.

For instance; Nadia Mukami and Zuchu are relatively new and have outshined veteran to secure the nomination.

Zuchu made her debut in March this year, and is currently one of top female artistes in Tanzania, while Nadia has become a household name in Kenya.

Other Kenyan artistes nominated under different categories include; Sauti Sol, Khaligraph, Otile Brown, Enos Olik, DJ Moh Spice, Willy M Tuva among others.

AFRIMMA is an annual event that awards top artistes in Africa. It is one of the most prestigious awardsin the continent.
