Ever since his appointment, the Mpaka Records Boss faced a lot of criticism from fellow artistes who did not think that he deserved the post, considering that he has only been in the industry for a short while.

He did not lose his focus and challenged everyone that thought otherwise about his leadership to step up and contest against him.

Cindy Sanyu was voted as the new vice president and Ykee Benda revealed that she was the right person for the job because she has been vocal when it came to matters concerning Ugandan music.
