Patoranking Explains Why He Rates Fik Fameica Highly

Fast-rising Ugandan rapper Fik Fameica is one of the few young artistes who have been lucky to work alongside big international stars.
He has worked with many big artistes from across the continent and has a number of unreleased collabos with some of the top artistes in Africa.
Fik Fameica specializes in a unique blend of dance hall and Afro-pop well-knit in Luga-flow style.
His lyrics and beats have made him a favorite among music lovers. One of the big stars who find him super talented is Nigerian star Patoranking with whom they collaborated with on 'Omu Bwati' back in 2019.

While at a concert in Uganda, Patoranking publicly declared that Fik was the future.
Speaking during a recent interview, Patoranking divulged that he rates Fameica highly because the latter has a vision of where he wants to be and knows what he is doing.
"Aside the fact that he is a very good artiste, you could tell that he knows what he is doing. I think Fik actually understands what he is doing, that is why I rate him highly," he said.
For most Ugandans, getting international collabos is a difficult endeavor forcing several artistes to rely on connections. However, for Fik Fameica, he says his music markets and opens international doors for him.
"My music sells me. I may not brag about it but I'm so good at it that these people just look for me. I do not go after them. For a person to collaborate with you, you need to be a good artiste because that is what they want. You have to be outstanding and good at what you do. I have been able to get these many collabos with big artistes because I believe I'm a hard worker. I got myself to the position of working with those people,” he opined.
