What is it that makes the West African music special? What is it about their beat that makes our hearts dance to their rhythm? Well, as we ponder in thought and others recommend less airplay for West African sound, the dynamic duo P-square have spent their time in studio with America rapper T.I!

They just released a new video, “Ejeajo’’ and this might be that one video that end the endless debate about preference for the west African beat. They adopt a whole other persona and beat on this piece, but still deliver as they always do.

That calm yet exciting retro feel good beat that dominated the airwaves in the 80’s, is what graces your ears as soon as the song begins, which personally won me over; they took my expectations and hit me back with a surprise! What is a P-square video without a dance scene- right? This video is a sight for sour eyes straight from the outstanding dance to the beautiful vivid pictutres.

Rapper T.I, currently making rounds with his song with Iggy Azelia ‘Mediocre’, does the intro then late joins the duo in the last verse doing what he does best, ‘dropping it like it’s hot!’ This is just one of those videos you are compelled to hit the replay button over and over as you thank the directors of the music piece, Jude ‘Engees’ Okoye and Clarence Peters.

So It turns out that our preference for west African music is not a weakness but an eye for good product. Watch the video and induce the rest of your day with the element of dance!
