VIDEO REVIEW: Fans reaction to Victoria Kimani's Prokoto

East Africa seems to be caring less about the borders when it comes to music. The number of collaborations between East African artists grows the minute and so does the quality! Our fairest lady and “Mtoto” singer Victoria Kimani alongside Tanzania’s brightest stars Ommy Dimpoz and Diamond Platinumz, released the long awaited visuals to ‘Prokoto’ and like always, created a colossal wave across Africa.
Barely 72 hours old the video has gathered over 22,000 views on Youtube. So what better way to find out why it’s turning out to be a fan favourite than by asking the music lovers?

“God only knows how long I waited for this video! These three artists working together is not just another day in the office you know? The outcome is however less than what I expected. I always pictured more dancing in the video and to learn that new Prokoto dance. I feel like the director did not put his all when it comes to this video.” Shared one of the fans
“I absolutely love the video! The quality is way out of this world – outrageously amazing! Though I don’t know why does Ommy Dimpoz sing over Diamond? It feels like Diamond doesn't sing at all” added another.

I wonder what happened to Victoria's video taste ever since Mtoto. I’m in love with her outfit and the body however. Has she be working out? Because if there’s anyone who does the video justice it’s her” ecstatically put by a female fan.
“The video is just what East Africa needs because it symbolizes unity. The video does make the song sound different if anyone else noticed. Especially Diamond’s voice. Diamond Platnumz,mbona ana- sound kama ana bezi? So not him kabisa!” laid out another enthusiastic fan.
There you have it music lovers all across the world. Fans have had their say and seemingly, not everyone is satisfied with what was brought to the table. But isn’t this the usual case when it comes to reception in the music world? It’s always love-hate thing.
