Song Review: Rabbit's new hit 1963
23 October 2013
Rabbit is undoubtedly one of Kenya’s top hip hop artists who have stand out from the rest. I’ve come to love every song he releases from Dodoma featuring Harry Kimani to Mtu Hivi Hivi, Jam Nakam and not forgetting his poetic skills in Swahili Shakespeare.
With the standards he’s set so far in the music scene, his new song 1963 [Unite Kenya] for sure is on another league. If you are the type to give credit where it’s due then Rabbit’s new song is worth your time.
The video is of excellent quality with great sound and nice cinematography. Though the introduction to the song is a bit long, the flow is quite good.
Upcoming artist Kanana who features in the song concludes this perfectly executed piece of poetry in a sweet melodic voice by singing the national anthem stimulating the essence of patriotism.
As much as I would love to rate this song, I’ll give you the chance to have a listen then rate it yourself. Get your download via the link tagged below.
