Eugene Kwame Marfo professionally known as Kuami Eugene has collaborated with the Afro-Islamic music genre pioneer Hajia Sa-ada Muhammed, popularly known in the Showbiz circles as Hajia Police on a new track.

This was revealed in an interview where Hajia Police said that the religious songs are aimed at encouraging people to participate in building a society that acknowledges the power and mighty works of the Almighty Allah.

According to the ‘Laila’ hitmaker, she opts to use the motivational music style in order to impact positively on the peacefulinfluence of the Islamic, spiritual healing, as well as entertainment. The Afro-Islamic music is one of the unique classic music genres that seem to be breaking the odds and bring much more competition to other genres in Ghanaian Music.

Hajia Police believes that the roots of the Afro-Islamic music genre originate from the inspirational teachings from not just the Quoran but the Bible as well, since the two books are both religious books that preach hope and peace.

"Take for example the Ten Commandments; the same is in the Holy Quoran so I use both the Bible and the Quoran to preach positivity and possibilities through my music." She further said.

Hajia Police is determined to release more inspirational songs with her Afro-Islamic style of music.
