EXCLUSIVE: Christmas comes early this year thanks to 1960 rapper Khaligraph!

Mount Olympus was considered to be the tallest mountain range and the abode of the Greek deities and the throne of Zeus, but this ideology never held back some of the courageous Greeks from trying to reach the peak of this mountain.
One specific artist who reminds me of such courageous minds is Kenyan rapper and ‘We Be Happening’ record maker Khaligraph Jones. His new song ‘M-besha’ is proof to this.

Premiered last night over radio stations Khaligraph was more than happy to let us know what it’s all about: “This jam is nothing like all my previous works or what Kenyans are used to. It’s a new sound and as I say in the song, ‘call me M-Besha’ because at the end of the day it’s all about the money. I did not want to promote any service provider so instead of ‘M-Pesa’ I went with ‘M- Besha’.”
He loves his crowd and gives them exactly what they like. But this doesn’t ground him to being a local star; he defies all odds and shines brighter than that. “The song will officially drop in two weeks along with the video. I’m currently working only on videos hence why both ‘M-Besha’ and ‘Mambo Vipi’ are not yet released. But I promise my fans the wait will be worth it” added Khaligraph.
I personally have heard ‘M-Besha’ and I have to say he was modest in his words. This song is bigger than life! With Motif on production and Khaligraph on the microphone they make this song sound straight out of the hip hop district – The Bronx!
You might think am exaggerating but I assure you my words to some point even fall utterly short. Only way to know if my words are true is to simply wait for it. We shall keep you posted to atleast keep the anxiety contained.
