Billboard featured Verzuz TV on their new cover and had a conversation with the creators; Swizz Beatz and Timbaland. The Billboard cover was dubbed ‘The Verzuz Effect’.

Verzuz TV has been coming through with some great artist battles and it has been growing exponentially. Billboard is highlighting how Timbaland and Swizz have been able to grow their show to such a big thing during a pandemic.

On the cover however, Billboard did not include Beenie Man and Bounty Killer and it did not go unnoticed by both artists and the creators of Verzuz TV. This is despite the fact that Beenie Man and Bounty Killer’s Verzuz show was for a long time the highest streamed Verzuz show until the Jill and Erykah battle hence making Beenie Vz. Bounty the second most streamed Verzuz.

Beenie Man was quick to correct Billboard and hit them with the streaming numbers. Swizz and Timbaland quickly stepped into the story and replaced himself and Timbaland with Beenie and Bounty. Both creators were quick to point out that Beenie and Bounty pumped up the numbers and expanded the borders for the Verzuz show.

The Verzuz Effect cover is corrected by the creators and the fans continue to remember how legendary the Verzuz battle between King Beenie and Bounty Killer.
