Ugandan musician Spice Diana is one of the few young successful female artistes that are currently dominating the airwaves locally and across the continent.

Her consistency in releasing hit singles and strategic collaborations have propelled her to be one of the best musicians in the country at the moment.

Opening up on her journey, Spice Diana revealed that she makes sure she solicits at least two collaborations per year, because she believes joining forces in the music industry is essential for one's career.

"Every year, I drop like two collaborations because I believe joining hands together is good," Spice Diana said.

The Source Management diva ended the month on a high note when she released her much anticipated collaboration with Harmonize dubbed 'Kokonya'.

She says this helped her attract more fans from Tanzania.

"Kokonya is different because I'm trying to widen my fan base so in that way, you have to work with people from different areas," she opined.

She noted that collaborations help expand one’s fan base, adding that when foreign artistes collaborate with Ugandans, they do with an aim of penetrating the Ugandan market.

"Just like any other business, joining forces with people is good. Same applies to music because two heads are better than one," Spice Diana said.
