Beyoncé Releases ‘Already’ Video Featuring Shatta Wale Ahead Of ‘Black Is King’ Premiere

The highly talented American singer, songwriter, actress, record producer, and dancer has finally released the long-anticipated music video for “ALREADY’ featuring Ghanaian dancehall act Shatta Wale and Major Lazer Just a few hours before her “Black Is King” visual album debuts on Disney Plus.

Speaking with “GMA” The 24-time Grammy winner and mother of three revealed that her new film has been in the making for a whole year and the new music video “ALREADY” from “The Lion King: The Gift” that will be featured on “Black Is King.”

“I worked with a diverse group of very gifted directors and actors and creatives from all over the world to reimagine the story of The Lion King,” she stated.

“The narrative unfolds through music videos, fashion, dance, beautiful natural settings, and raw new talent.”

The “Single Ladies” hitmaker disclosed that the new film is inspired by last year’s remake of the Lion King as it celebrates the black culture and features stunning fashion and choreography, with a cameo from Ghana’s Shatta Wale.

Undeniably, the music has received a lot of positive reviews from Ghanaians and the rest of the world. Just a few hours after the video premiered on YouTube and it already has over 400,000 views.
