DJ Cuppy Reveals Number Of Songs In Her Upcoming Album 'Original Copy'

Popular Nigerian disc jockey DJ Cuppy is preparing to release her debut album titled 'Original Copy'.
For months, the award-winning DJ has been dropping bits of information about the upcoming project as she keeps her fans anticipating for it.
Early this month, DJ Cuppy unveiled the album's artwork after which she revealed that 14 different artists will be featured.
She would later follow it up with the release of a first single off the album. The single titled 'Jollof On The Jet' features Marvin Records Rema and Rayvanny from Tanzania.

With one song already released, DJ Cuppy has announced that the album will contain 12 songs.
"RETWEET if you’re anticipating my 12-track album #OriginalCopy," she tweeted.

In a follow-up tweet, the disc jockey also said one of the three artists; Burna Boy, Joeboy and Fireboy DML will also be featured in the album.
Going by the popularity the 'Jollof On The Jet' song has gained within a few weeks of release, the 'Original Copy' Album looks set to be a huge success.

Already the 'Jollof On The Jet' song has has been streamed over a million times, even though an official video has not yet been released.
DJ Cuppy who was born in Nigeria and moved in London while aged 13 in a past interview with Tush Magazine described her sound as "Neo-Afrobeats", which is a fusion of Electro house and Afrobeats.
She was earlier this year inducted into the Forbes Magazine’s 30 under 30 class. On May 28, 2020, DJ Cuppy became the host of ‘Africa Now Radio’ on Apple Music Beats 1.
