"Six years today!! I miss you so much my baby, My KK. Wish you were here with us, but I know you are watching over us. We love you so much. Your mummy and little brother Taj," Juliana Kanyomozi shared on Instagram in the caption of a moving portrait showing Keron's face amidst the clouds.

The late Keron Kabugo had a history of asthma throughout his life.  In July 2014, he succumbed to an asthma attack while receiving treatment in Nairobi.

Following his death, Juliana has over the years tried keeping his memory alive by giving back and celebrating his birthday with the less privileged children in society through her foundation named after her late son.

In May this year, Juliana was blessed with a baby boy named Taj. The news shocked many since Juliana had managed to keep her pregnancy away from the media.
