Renowned Bermuda-born Kenyan-based dancer, choreographer, singer and songwriter Judge Jo-1 has dropped a new video dubbed ‘Tired Feet’.

‘Tired Feet’ is a reggae song that offers hope and encouragement during this time of covid-19. Judge Jo-1 notes that we may be worn out and have ‘Tired Feet’ but we must not give up.

It addresses the tough situation among artistes and specifically dancers during this time when shows have been canceled across the country.

It also highlights the increased alcohol drinking levels and relationship/marriage upset during these tough times.

The video gives a glimpse into some of the struggles that people may have had during covid-19 including; challenges of poverty, depression, alcohol abuse and relationship issues.

It is a heartfelt video, different from the dance-heavy music videos that we are used to seeing from Jo-1.

‘Tired Feet’ was produced at Truth Fire Studios in Nairobi by Mixmaster Chao, while Ammi The Veggieman, hailing from Antigua was the executive producer.

The music video concept was created by Jo-1 and directed and filmed by Mzushiafrica.

‘Tired Feet’ comes at a time when people need to be reminded and encouraged that the Covid-19 pandemic will soon pass, and life will get back to normal.

So far, the video is doing relatively well online with over 1,000 views in 4 days.
