Beenie Gunter Speaks Out after DNA Results in Child Neglect Case Turn Out Negative

Ugandan musician Beenie Gunter was recently accused of child neglect, and subjected to a paternity test to establish whether he was the father of the said baby.
The DNA was taken at MBN weeks ago, with most Ugandans eagerly waiting for the result, since Gunter had denied the accusation.
The results came early this week, and true to his word, Gunter is not the baby’s father.
"The results between Jeremiah and me are negative. The child is not mine," Beenie Gunter said, showing off the results.

In an interview after the results turned out negative, Beenie Gunter noted that he had offered to take care of the child because he felt pity.
"I only cared about the child but what Fiona didn't know was that media was looking for news because at the end of the day, I could not fail to take of that baby.That is why I told you that a person who offers you money even before seeing the said baby is willing in whatever situation to take care of the baby. The main issue was about tarnishing my name but good enough God is always there.
"It has been a tough experience but truth always prevails and we had to get it. I paid for this DNA to take this rumor away,” he said.
The artiste thanked his management for standing with him throughout the entire time, when most people allegedly ditched him.
